Françoise van Schie – graphic & ceramic designer. and fascinated   by nature: organic, geometric shapes , patterns, special behavior, properties or appearance of plants & animals, in short, beauty that we can observe everywhere. This triggers her imagination and she is amazed that there are now new species in this mapped out world   are discovered. Facing the extinction of other species , perhaps undiscovered? Under her label KeiLief, she runs a zoo with robust ceramics as 'zoo director'   avatars and collage creatures. Her sculptures are unique pieces, which she designs and makes manually. Every KeiLief has their own 'I' and you will receive a brief character sketch upon adoption. Her collage creatures are analogue, digital and mixed media. KeiDiep is a series in sepia tones of wonderful deep-sea discoveries, due to the harsh living environment and almost unreachable depths, these exotic species have never been observed before . As a ' Marine Biologist Inventor' she has these specimens   provided with a Latin name and information such as location and size noted down. The analogue collages are very colorful and designed as a series of prints & cards.   She gives workshops in her studio in both disciplines (ceramics & collage art) .
