Ruben Creemers

Ruben Creemers started his creative path at an early age. After spending his childhood in the good company of crayons, paper, paint and pencils, he began experimenting with photography, illustration, typography and graphic design as a muralist/graffiti artist. This grew into a wild passion for graphic design, branding and creative communication. Fields in which he has been working professionally for over 20 years.

In addition to his work as a graphic designer and art director, he has always had a strong urge to create things that do not stem from strategy, brand values ​​and company guidelines. Work without compromises coming from him, without boundaries other than his own.

Blurring the boundaries between creative disciplines – both digital and analogue – and combining them into something new has always been one of his greatest fascinations. In his latest work he explores the boundaries between painting and sculpture. Paint strokes without edges, background or solid composition. As a reflection of himself and the world around him. A search for (creative) freedom, letting go and trust in the process.
