Being unfamiliar with “uncomplicated loving” blocks any tenderness in feeling and in sharing. By processing and transforming old feelings, one can get to the point of taking up space to feel joy again in every aspect of life. Becoming and being sensitive to emotions, thoughts and inspirations can recharge a person. Knowing that there is love is so healing.
