Television channel RTL visiting Sille Gallery

A while ago RTL stopped by our gallery to record an item about Artificial Intelligence in art.
In it, well-known photographer Barend Houtsmuller was questioned about Meta illegally using Houtsmuller’s images on Instagram to train her AI.

Houtsmuller himself favors new developments and also uses AI in his image creations but also has to pay tech companies for the use of programs.
Houtsmuller believes image creators such as artists and photographers should be able to give permission and be paid fairly when their material is used by tech companies such as Meta.
