Spring Exhibition

The grand opening has now taken place, but the spring exhibition Spring Light at Sille Gallery in Oudewater is still in full swing. The exhibition celebrates the arrival of spring with a fresh and inspiring selection of contemporary art.

The gallery brings together diverse styles and disciplines. Paintings, wall objects and sculptures alternate to form a dynamic whole. Different artists show their work, each with their own visual language and perspective, which makes for a fascinating and multifaceted exhibition.

When to visit

The exhibition can still be visited through May 25 and also provides a great opportunity for a cultural outing during the holidays. Among other things, the gallery will be open on Easter Monday and later in the season also during Ascension and Pentecost.

Visitors can visit from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and until 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Those who want to be surprised by contemporary art and the light, optimistic feeling of spring will find in Spring Light an inspiring destination.

The Balloondog lamps by Jeff Koons (in collaboration with Lexon Design) are only available at the gallery in Oudewater for €790, limited stock.

Artists in the spotlight

In addition to the gallery’s permanent collection, a number of artists will be highlighted during this spring exhibition. Work by Jan Wils, Geeske van de Molengraft, Saskia Hoeboer, Hans Withoos, Marly Freij, Barend Houtsmuller, Kaat Stieber, Merlijn van de Sande, Karin Vermeer, Samuel Dejong, Hans Leijerzapf, Hannes Verhoeven, Angelo Moyano and Tonny de Brouwer will be given a special place.
