Streetview Art wing in gallery!

Art wing in the gallery

This nearly 100-year-old Wolfframm grand piano features “digital art. Artist Herre Methorst creates art from Google Streetviews. For the artwork on this wing, he used the Google streetview in Pittsburgh. There, it was quite a happening when Google’s camera car drove through the states for the first time. Parades and plays were then recorded and used by Herre in his digital Art.

Onno Hekking is a piano tuner and owner of this Wolfframm grand piano but also the brains behind customizing pianos. In consultation with artist Herre Methorst, he offers this grand piano for sale and the service of customizing other pianos as well. Already many artists have expressed an interest in designing a piano or grand piano.
