“In collaboration with Tamara Sille of Sille Gallery in Oudewater, the artworks were carefully chosen. In the alcove of the corridor is a stoper bronze ibex by artist Edith Stoel. Above the sofa is a painting by Lydia van Domburgh. the artwork in the hallway of scrap metal and ceramics was commissioned. After advice and idea processing on placement and material by Sille Gallery, one of its artists Jan Verschueren (BE) created a beautiful 3D wall object that, upon entering, emphasizes the individuality and authenticity of the rest of the home.”

From a spacious and bright space in the centrally located town of Oudewater, Tamara Sille has been running her contemporary art gallery for nearly a decade. Sille Gallery represents a variety of artists in its collection. This collection can also be viewed entirely digitally. This allows you to quietly “scroll” through the large selection at home.

In addition to running the gallery, Sille gives art advice and enjoys coming by to showcase various works of art. In addition to purchasing art, customers can rent or have work commissioned.

Jenny Boot

A regular artist at the gallery is art photographer
Jenny Boot
. She creates intense portraits reminiscent of the work of old masters, and in this the photographer develops a style all her own. Some of her artwork is only available in Oudewater. A very extensive collection including the new series ‘Roaring Twenties’ and the artwork ‘Origin’ with which Jenny Boot is winner of the Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize 2022

Visiting art gallery Sille

Customers appreciate the balanced and dynamic collection in the extensive gallery in authentic Oudewater. The town is very central and can be visited within 45 minutes from both Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
