Special weekend and Old meets New

And how nice and busy it was! Some 700 people visited the gallery over the weekend of Nov. 21, 22 and 23. Admiring the combination of contemporary art and jewelry design was an inspiring combination. Visitors were also allowed to play a piece on a 100-year-old “ART” grand piano, and while enjoying Hungarian wines from Wijnhuis Kastelein, it was a pleasure for many to gather in the gallery.

The exhibit “Old meets New” is also open.
This exhibition concerns contemporary art inspired by 15th-century master painter Gerard David, who was born in Oudewater. In a separately decorated space at Galerie Sille, these artworks will be on display until mid-2015.
